How to Obtain Warranty Service

If a product does not function during the warranty period, you may obtain after-sales service by contactingour service center. You will need to provide a valid proof-of-purchase, receipt or order number for thewarranty service.

Why does the gimbal vibrate during startup?

A. Make sure that you have installed the smartphone before turning it on.

B. lt might be caused by improper smartphone installation. Please ensure that the smartphone is properlyclamped and the back of the phone is in close contact with the clamp’s padding.

C. lf the issue persists, try powering off the gimbal, disassemble and reassemble the smartphone, and thenpower the gimbal on again.

What should l do if the mobile app cannot find Bluetooth?

A. Try restarting your phone and check if the Bluetooth and location switches are turned on.
B. Make sure no other gimbal devices are connected to the phone’s Bluetooth.

What's the operating temperature for the stabilizer?

The operating temperature range for the stabilizer is 0°C to 40°C

How to update the firmware?

You will be prompted in the Capture2 App if a new firmware update is available. Follow the instructionsin the App to update the firmware.
